Delivery & Returns
To deliver your favorite products, we are partners with Australia Post. We are ready to entrust them with your orders.
Return items can be exchanged/swapped for other items of the same/similar value. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges/swaps.
Return of items must be within seven days of purchase. Items must be in original package with labels attached. Proof of purchase must be presented. If returning by post, the freight costs will be borne by purchaser.
Buy Online & Pick Up in Store
We‘ll keep your order for several days so you can come get it at a convenient time.
You can purchase items online and pick them up at our retail space at Cranbourne West. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in store allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time.
Your order will be held at the store for seven days. We will send you a reminder email one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to the warehouse.
